We’re happy to be supporting International Women’s Day this Thursday, 8 March, and we encourage you to join in too. Why not join Queen Mary’s Equality in Leadership Society, who will be celebrating this year's theme, #pressforprogress, with a panel event centring on the experiences of women in the workplace? Check out the events below for more International Women's Day activities at Queen Mary.

Last month, the Global Opportunities team promoted diversity and inclusion on their Facebook page, highlighting stories from students from all backgrounds who engage with their study abroad programmes. You can also take a look at their student blogs. The LGBT+ Society also held a range of events for Pride Week last week, part of LGBT History Month in the UK.
