Interested in a career in communications, PR or marketing?
The Internal Engagement team is looking for a student to attend the CASE Student Communications conference, alongside a number of higher education communications colleagues, in central London on Tuesday 12 June. You would need to be available to talk informally with delegates over the lunch break about communication issues you have encountered at Queen Mary, and to speak about how university communicators can improve their student communication provision. If you are interested in taking part, please email qmul-student@qmul.ac.uk as soon as possible.
Hear from young people on starting their own business
Queen Mary students are being offered free entry to My Startup Story 2018, a lively evening chat with a panel of inspirational young founders sharing their startup stories to inspire young people to turn their innovative ideas into reality. The event will take place on Wednesday 13 June at WeWork Aldwych. You will need to use the code ‘Students18’ when registering here, and also bring your student ID card on the day.
